Healing Habits Tracker


This healing habits tracker can be used to keep you on top of your healing journey goals. I created this free downloadable PDF originally for myself and felt inspired to create a resource for others as well. The healing journey can at times seem overwhelming and it can often be difficult to even know where to start. This is why taking it one step at a time can help to make the process a little easier.

There are 2 options to download:


1. The healing habits worksheet- this is one big page and you would probably want to print multiple copies if you're wanting to put a weeks worth in a binder, etc.


2. The healing habits tracker mini booklet- This is 4 pages and can be folded to make a mini booklet. It can also be printed multiple times to add pages- all you will need is scissors and possibly a stapler.
