Advanced Mind Body Spirit Release is a technique that uses muscle testing to find and release trapped emotions within the body and subconscious mind. The body remembers unprocessed emotions as big as a life altering traumatic event and as little as someone making fun of you when you were a child. In each MBSR session, you and your practitioner will create an intention statement indicating what goals you are trying to achieve. After creating this intention, the practitioner will identify the specic trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, past events, and more that are holding you back. Through releasing these blocks, the body will begin to increase vibrancy and open blocked pathways that were previously holding you back from achieving that most-desired state of wellbeing.
